I don't know why, it's just blocked for few years so i don't care how it's done.

As in title. Some people can't use torrents, so is there any chance to upload client on sort of ftp server like rapidshare or whateva? I know that torrents is the best and fastest way to do it, but I have all torrent's ports blocked by Internet provider...
