Mate that's Turak bugbear Warriors, They are near Giran , not in Orc Barracks They are near Giran Castle , where the Medusa are , in the Gorgon Flower Garden , read the quest description again , I see it says there also haha:)

Well honestly the mobs should dissapear and respawn if they are taken toooooooooooo much distance away from the spawn location. But what can you do? I mean if this is the way it should work , crying wont solve anything!

You can also get BRES scrolls w/ CoL , so It's alright in the end! They aren't very expensive.
