i have premiun account, when i log both chars, in a few minutes (5 aprox)appear "disconnected from server", i try a lots times and i cant resolve, i update a client three times, reinstall client and dont resolve my problem. any suggestion or solution?

i try to donate with 3 diferents credit cards in alls methods , and i couldnt prove payment, the page to donate is in russian, and i dont understand nothing, i'm from argentina, i have visa and mastercard international, can u help me? thx
