Nevermind, just found a solution. Deleting the starting pack remaining soulshots after lvl 15 seems to do the trick

I just made a character and leveled it up to 15, but after the newbie soulshot stopped working, so I went and bought normal soulshot from the grocery store. But it still does not work, what's wrong? I also bought another weapon from the weapon store and it doesn't work.

I'm trying to create an account but am currently unable, is there a bug going on? When I fill the information and click the "registry" button nothing happens. Yes, I've checked all the info, the button just does not work.
