It still doesn't show on the droplist that you can get feline/seraphim spellbook from the 3 mobs that are meant to drop it. Does that mean it doesn't drop yet?

So i got lvl 44 today, but i cant learn spirit sharing skill cause it doesn't show in the learn skill window. I already got the spellbook and restarted client a few times. Has there been any change in the level requirement for this skill??
