my account got banned,and i submit a ticket to ask why i got banned,first time it tell me i m go against the violation rules 1.1 or 1.1.1 . but i didnt use any bot or any irregularity software.so i explain that i didnt use any bot. today they give me the respond that i m bot character.lol my account r nearly 1 month didnt lv up for and exp,cause woking busy in dec,every day i login and just open the offline_shop or just shopping something,how to it identified that my character to using bot=.=. plz i m The Innocents Yours sincerely

I was kicked out of the game for the use of software. I did not use anything. Skype has been opened TS Winamp Google and Steam. Understand please

Hi every1, I've been levelling a EE on the server and it's been fun to experience the hard L2 =P Problem is, my machine runs on linux. So I'm worried about the recent changes on anti-bot software. Will my system be ok with it, or can I possibly be banned? BTW my worries are mostly because I can't get past proxy selection screen atm =P On official NA servers, mandatory use of gameguard have recently been implemented (main reason among many why I left them), but then the only thing that would happen is not being able to login.
