Hello, As you can see from the title, I want to make a vote poll regarding changing the FEAR skill. I and many of us wants to see and hear people feedback/votes about that. ( I at least hope ) How does FEAR works now? - If you cast a fear IT WONT break if target will get any source of damage. So we have DA/Necro/WC having 100% win rate in any pvp 1v1 situation. You FEAR your target and just kill it. Simple is that, re-cast FEAR every 2-4 seconds and you are totally fine. p.s.s. I failed with Core ring here, turns out it doesnt remove FEAR at all, so ignore TAB with core. The only one ITEM which can save your from being dead from classes I mention above are CORE ring ( and as far I can see from discord channel/forum, core sometimes fails to remove CC effect.) Also, puri song doesn't remove FEAR, but it will be hard to land any debuff including fear on target. My suggestion is to make FEAR break upon taking ANY source of DMG. What does it mean? Lets imagine, You're having mass pvp. You are getting feared by random DA. Any AOE from mages, Tyrants, Warlods, DOTS from OL, maybe some random mob, or even random person who didn't knew that person is feared deals to you melee dmg. FEAR must be removed aka BREAK so you can be free and PVP again. What are we going to accomplish by making changes to FEAR ? First of all, people who are going to play against classes who have FEAR skill will have more chance winning them. Second, we all know that META exist in EVERY game. CS go, they buff one weapon, people are gonna use that weapon all time. LoL new hero came out and it is Overpowered? They gonna play him before nerf. Overwatch, WoW, every game has meta. Best class/item w/e you name it. People are forced to play specific classes because they are overpowered. Some people wants to play TK, because they way he looks, skills maybe, same for paladin you know, maybe some really wants to play SPS/SORC/SPH but they can't they don't have permanent FEAR skill, so they are forced to play Necro. ( yea necro has pain transfer but still ) I personally think having FEAR skill in game is fine, it is still very good CC. You are gonna use FEAR in 9v9 party, that means u are doing 9v8, one person is feared into the wall and he can't do nothing, but AT LEAST he will have chance to come back into fight cause of DMG he might get from random people/mobs. It is crazy to think, when you might have 100 hp left on your DA and you win full buffed stacked 10k hp tyrantdagger/bard etc. Let community hear your thoughts about that.
