D3op3 1 Report post Posted June 27, 2016 my KP has top LVL on serv we are not debuffs on smaller levels the same with mobs so should not be.green and blue mobs don't stun is not root silense same thing with mobs. more skills do not have the necessary range.check and correct Share this post Link to post
