Fenrir Posted May 27, 2015 Report Posted May 27, 2015 in theory, only some specific lv 40+ buffs should require spellbooks.most of those are dropped at Ivory Tower crater and Outlaw Forest. probably somewhere else as well, like Cruma Tower and Dragon Valley. Quote
