Hello, I want to raise an issue that is bringing me crazy lately. The economy inside the server.

 

 

As dwarf main, many will know me already on the server. My name is Comercianta. You know that I have been supplying the server with Soulshots, SpiritsShots and BlessedShots; And also I have been trading with players purchasing their excess D-grade gear to turn it into crystals and to continue with the sale.

 

I have much experience selling and trading, as on other servers I was also dwarf main. This is perhaps one of the reasons why I do not support the offline commerce, because I spend a lot of time as a dwarf sitting in cities selling and trading with other players. In short, I have been influencing the economy of the server enough to know the prices of things and I have to say we have a problem.

 

First of all, it is the intervention of the "state" / GM in the economy of the server or alternatively a guild of Commerce. We need to establish minimum prices for sales.

 

If you have the time and patience to read me soon will understand what I mean.

 

 

Let's start by calculating the cost of production of the shots:

 

1 D crystal + 3 Soul ores = 156 ssD

 

2 D crystal + 8 Spirit Ore = 100 BssD

 

 

We clear the equation the price of Soul Ores and The Spirit Pray that the price is predifinido Store.

 

1 D crystal + 900 adenas = 156 ssD

 

2 D crystal + 3840 adenas = 100 BssD

 

For the price of crystals, we must understand that it can be obtained in 2 ways. We can buy at the store grade-D gear and trading with other players for greatest benefit. In the store the benefit increases the more expensive the item you buy, but there is a "soft cap" on the Elven Necklace by 137,500 Adena (605'7268 also by crystal). Trading you can get a better price, but from experience I say that it is much more tedious and depend on there Gear D in the market and the seller accepts your price,(usually 70% of the time) at a price of 500 Adena by crystal. As I do not want to manipulate this calculation, we can not assimilate always find people who sell and make an average of 550 Adena by crystal.

 

550+ 900 adenas = 156 ssD ----------------> 1450 adenas = 156 ssD

 

1100 + 3840 adenas = 100 BssD ------------------> 4940 adenas = 100 BssD

 

That equates to a cost of production:

 

1 SSD = 9'2948 Adenas /// 1bssd = 49'4 adenas

 

Well, where I'm getting at?

 

To this.

 

These people are getting a benefit of:

 

1ssD=0'70 adenas // 1BssD=1'6 adenas

10.000 ssD= 7000 adenas // 5000 BssD=8000 adenas

 

And I'm getting these numbers (10.000ssD / 5000BssD) is the amount that would normally sell in a strip of 6 hours.

 

6 hours of my time in the city online crafting / trading equivalent to 15,000 Adenas. Not to mention that the amount of investment required to obtain 15,000 Adena profit rising to 339 948 Adena (4.4% of the investment) if we put the prices so low.

 

The first days had a lot of complicity between dwarves and we had fair prices (14 SSD / 60BssD)

 

I demand to establish a minimum prices for fair commerce previously decided between dwarves and GM. If the economy will keep going this way, I'll see dragged me not to be dwarf when you start from x3. Much of the server can ensure as I helped turn the economy Shots selling a large part of the day and buying equipment D at a good price.

 

In itself, there should be a GM of economy to be able to report such violations. The penalties could be X hours in jail and the seizure of the adena won in illegal activity.

​if your not a complete moron... you can make so many D crystals in 2-3 hours.. you can xp with them to level 60 if you want. 

 

For me its even cheaper right now to OE D grade weapons as to buy c grade shots/weapon *since i wont xp my dwarf beyond for a beta*

 

and iam just talking about beta right now.. since the rates will fix the live server for a longer period.. but that suggestion.. jail time and stuff like that.. holy lol

I really don't understand why they do this. It is not only profit, crafting takes time. A mana bar came to crafting 2000 ssD/500BssD. Leave prepared a number of shots to sell  takes time. The time you spend is worth a money.

maybe im totally wrong with my opinion but i think thats just a beta issue since allot ppl just doing reroll over reroll for test(like i have already 6 chars around lvl 30)

so there is a enormes amount of d stuff around that make those prices possible.

 

and ofcoarse u will allways have few ppl that dont thinks economically because they never do the exact math.

with the drop rates set at x20 in OBT, no shit that shots are cheap, considering all the items dropped by mobs.

i was just killing mobs yesterday in a specific spot for about 10 minutes, and in that short amount of time i already had dropped at least 4-5 entire armor pieces.

things will be different in Live.

If you remenber the european registration page to the innova server it says "PLAYER DRIVEN ECONOMY", there shouldn't be any intervention from GM in the economy of the server. That's a classic feature.

Well... here in argentina... theres a music store wich is alive since 1990 or kinda like that.. the point is the guy who sells guitars, amps, and all that stuff, always put hard prices.. like.. if in "mercadolibre" all shops sell a guitar for $6000, he sells them for $6775...

​Ok, lets put an example. A buyer of mine who was levelling  to level 40. Me levelling less, but in the city trading and selling. The thing, he is now lvl 40/Weapons C/armor C/D.

Me? I have 1.2kk of adena. 

 

I'm teorically the "bad dwarf" how only see the profit, but i'm poorer than a person how only was levelling throgh the game. How the fuck is this shit possible?

 

The economy must be controlled to be fair prices to EVERYONE! If I get more adena I can pay better prices for D gear. 

 

Look i'm so greedy that this buyer don't have enought adena to buy soul shots; so I will give him for free.
