Unable to login or update game

Today I am unable to log into the game. When I start the launcher, it says Downloading options... and then error while loading options. When I start l2 directly, it gets stuck at Logging in... Game never start.

I tried to download the game from the website but also failed. It says site cannot be reached for files.l2classic.club

 

Please help!
