WHY I CANT LOG IN

I do the extract i add the patch i get into the log in screen i write my username and password i click log in and then it stucks in there it says logging in...... and does nothing i waited for 10 min and nothing i reinstalled it 5 time still nothing i dont know what else to do does anyone has any idea?????<<<<<<<<<
