Problem logging in from Argentina

Hello, since today at 14hs more or less (GMT -3), thats three and a half hours ago, I can't log in. Before this and ever since I've been in this server i had some troubles logging in, meaning that It took me several tries before actually logging in. Now I just can't log in. Koll (admin) is already working hard to solve this problem, so the purpose of this thread is to know if someone else from my same region is experiencing this issue
