Problem with client

Hi at all , 

mi have a big problem with my client , when i launch l2.exe my Windows close the program becose he crash !!

​L2.exe has stopped working*, obviously.

*I'm not sure what the exact english text is, it's not my native language either, but it's the standart Windows "crashed" message,e.g.:

then start it with l2.exe
