Siege bugs - Question

Here we go again.. 1) Defender guards are hitting pets.
                               2) Golems can go to pray room.

Question. Why clans lvl 2 without even 15 people on it can register for a castle while even a war cannot be opened?

if just pet .... thay kill main char to, not just summon....

also why 50 % of crystals is  death when siege start ?

We were 2times in pvpzone around Castle, when other clan take Castle, half pt were port to the village, but half pt stay in pvp zone.
