Account manager - ticket creation not working

Hello team,

I am trying create ticket for services but i can not finish. When I "send" subbmit the ticket it doesnt do anything and do not create ticked. Tested with 3 browsers. Please fix it because today is server RR and changes should be processed.

​I figured out... it is not working with "+" or other special signh "&" in title. thx for check fucntionality.
