Few things:

1. Everyone will try to to scam you in Prague. Especially taxi drives are scum, if they see you're a foreigner they'll try to charge you 200$ for a 5 minute ride, don't hesitate to call the police when stuff like that happens. 
2. Do your research on local pubs and restaurants. The famous one on good places are for tourists, but sometimes you just walk 5 minute and you find a local pub with 5x lower prices.
3. Same for money exchange spots. If it's on square or any good place it means it's for tourists and it has scam exchange rates. 
4. Try to travel outside of Prague, we have beautiful countryside. Dunno how far you're willing to go but Google will help anyway
