laggs while logging in cant connect to server

hi, sory for my english, can u help me to resolve problem:

after i type my acc/pass and click ok button i c "logging in" window, and client start lagging, it works fine for 2 secs, then freezes for 2-3 secs, and it can continue up to 10000 mins, no connection and no errors, just freeze/work/freeze/work. help plz. ty.
