Can't finish Elven Oracle (19) quest

Hello,

I can't move on to the next step in my Elven Oracle quest.

I am supposed to do these things:

1. Talk to Allana (Gludin, near the lighthouse)
2. Kill 3 Lizardmen that she spawns
3. Talk again to Allana (she should add a step in my Quest log)
4. Talk to Perrin (Gludin, near the lighthouse)

I am stuck between 2 and 3, I am in a loop.

Allana won't tell me to go to Perrin.

Jeez

I lost 2h because of that.

I always played EE, always did the quest myself, never had to avoid one-shotting these mobs.
