Leveling Help for inexperienced player

Well hello everyone playing this server. I have a never played a classic server as i am mostly private server oriented. Any suggestions about where to lvl up and receive buffs? Thanks in advance to any1 willing to answer.

Well this is a private server. It just happens to have more population than the official european classic, since pay to win crap and some other shitty NCSOFT crap are fixed. On classic the way you get buffs is playing with other people or having your own box buffer
