Donation Issue

Greetings,

For some reason I have trouble donating money to this website. I am using a visa with 16 digits and 3 more digits as CV. The card has definately not expired and I never had online payment problems before. Am I doing something wrong? Maybe I need to type the CV number right after the 16 digit number? Also, it could be helpful if you would send me a printscreen of how the payment should look. Thank you in advance.
