Question about exp in party

Hey everyone ,

i want to ask a question , when i add someone to a party and start farming together , we will get 50% 50% exp or , we will get 100 % as solo farming ?

also if im lvl 20 and someone lvl 70 , could he can exp me normal , or i should be near to his lvl to get exp ?
