Change of e-mail linked to the game account

Hello, 

Wanted to ask (mostly DEV's) if there is a chance to change e-mail address which is linked to the game account. My friend believes someone might have breached his e-mail account and would like to change it (stop using that e-mail) and at the same time change the e-mail attached to the gaming account to feel safe.

Is it possible ? What should he do ? Create a ticket ?

you cannot change emails to which master accounts are connected. you can tho use a new email to create a new master account and use the transfer character service to move the character to this new account.
