Steps to complete quest:

1.    Talk to Priestess Pupina in Giran to start quest Test of the Reformer. You will receive Book of Reform.

 

2.    Hunt Nameless Revenant in Executions Grounds. Use skill Disturb Undead to kill them. When you get 7 Ripped Diary, Aruraune will show up. Kill her to get Huge Nail.

 

 

3.    Talk to Priestess Pupina in Giran. You will receive List of Introduction.

4.    Talk to Prophet Sla in Plains of Dion. You will receive Sla’s Letter.

 

5.  Talk to Katari in Swampland. Ol Mahum Inspector and Ol Mahum Pilgrim will show up. Kill only Ol Mahum Inspector.

 

6.  Talk to Katari. Ol Mahum Betrayer will show up and start running. Kill him. You will get Letter of Betrayer.

 

7.  Talk to Katari. You will receive Katari’s Letter.

8.  Talk to Prophet Sla in Plains of Dion. You will receive 3 Sla’s Letter.

9.  Talk to Kakan in Immortal Plateau, Southern Region. Crimsha Werewolf will show up. Kill him with Wind Strike.

 

10.  Talk to Kakan. You will receive Kankan’s Letter.

11.  Talk to Nyakuri on east from Dwarven Village. Kill a Lizardman who will show up.

 

12.  Talk to Nyakuri. You will receive Nyakuri’s Letter.

13.  Talk to Ramus near the Singing Waterfall. You will receive Undead List.

Skeleton Marksman,

Silent Horror,

Skeleton Lord,

Misery Skeleton,

Skeleton Archer

in Elven Ruins to get

Skeleton Marksman’s Bone Fragment, 

Silent Horror’s Bone Fragment,

Skeleton Lord’s Bone Fragment,

Misery Skeleton’s Bone Fragment,

Skeleton Archer’s Bone Fragment.

 

15.  Talk to Ramus near the Singing Waterfall. You will receive Ramus’ Letter.

16.  Talk to Prophet Sla in Plains of Dion. You will receive Mark of Reformer and complete quest Test of the Reformer.
