Very simply pool - do you think all chars should be able to mount up only if out of combat?

Because new meta for 76+ is to hop up, click sprint, and run away from every pvp that thay start to loose.

Keep it current way (official like), comming from someone who will never have mount on his character while others will run away from me on them.
