Karma debuff

I've noticed that there is some kind of debuff to your pdef/mdef when you get karma. I've never heard of such debuff exist in official servers.

with 40k karma (12 pk) and full D set I have 12 p def and 15 m def. So I got 8k damage from one hit of some dwarf.

Will this be disabled when server officially starts?

Additionally it seems like karma lost after death is way too small. I remember usually it was like 1-2 deaths to negate karma from 1PK especially with PK count below 10. Now it seems like karma from 1PK needs to be redeemed with 20 deaths. With this setting currently I imagine on rate x3 it will be huge problem:

3-4 consecutive PK-s and you can say good bye to a char you exped for months cause it will be easier to make a new char than get rid of karma.
