Best way is to find AoE mage party and train where u can find mobs. But whole server will be trying to do the same. So best way will be to find strongest mobs that u can kill effectivelly with low donwtime and farm them. I dont think solo is a good option after 20. It is much faster in a small party (2-4) since you will have a lot less downtime for HP/MP regen with some support in party and more ppl to slay mobs.

This will be done by pretty much everyone so take that to consideration.
If you have party - find monsters with 2x, 3x hp (example: Orc Barracks);
If not - find a hunting ground with a quest (example: Ruins of Despair - Grim Collector - Talk to Guard Curtis (Gludio) after that Samed (Gludio) 15-24lv monsters)
Basically what you want to do is find quests which gives you extra income for hunting the same monsters you would hunt normally. I will make you a list maybe;

I recommend to the most people to grind from 21- 26 ~ at the abadoned camp. Take the Quest Vanquish Remnant and earn for each killed Oel Mahum extra 16 adena. Also its possible to creat nice AOE parties there.

From 26 - 34 you should move to orc barracks. Its the most common place to level up in this level range, also a nice place to AOE.

Alternative could be Forgotten Temple 26 - 34~

34 - 36 could be around the Cruma Marshland

36+ Cruma Tower.

Best areas are probably those that have frequent drops, of either full items, or valuable materials. Those will be heavily contested though.

I'm intentionally not naming any, because there is still plenty of time to try things out, and on live there will be a horde of clueles people asking these same exact questions, after skipping all the work of finding out themselves.

up to lv 20-25, soloing shouldn't be a problem.

the issues will start when you'll get to the point of having obsolete gear and not being able to handle the mobs of your level properly. in that case, you either get better gear, or get a group.

in order for a party to be effective/profitable for everyone, people will mostly make AoE groups with either melees( lances )or mages( AoE spells/debuffs ).

that's just for "default" leveling thou.

if people will find hunting zones locked by Clans or other groups, they can eventually go for higher level mobs by making full groups and using the single-target method.

probably it won't be as fast as AoE farming and you'll surely need healers in order to stay alive against red mobs, but that's the only alternative if all the other current farming spots are taken.
