assassin quest bugged

i am doing assassin quest part where you kill orc near dark arts for shillen tear quest item, i killed him 3 times no quest item from him and his respawn takes ages?

Something bugged?

Calpico? ^^. dont 1shot him. hit him w/o shots or smth. Be without party and dont hit with other char/box

No, just this quest is so random. Depends, once u will have to kill him multiple times, once you will need to kill him just once. Had the same issue, i had to kill it 3 times while my friend killed it just once and he got quest item.

@Rizos  thanks, i unequipt my bow and killed him with my fists and got quest item
