Can't login

Hello ! 

I Try to log in into the game after dowloading the game and using the patch update. I run L2.exe shortcut, put my login in the screen and then L2 crashes. 

I tried to log with the same account as I log into the game website (not forum as I use a different nickname). Is it a login/PW problem or something else?

Hello. To login on web you are using E-mail + pass or Login + pass?

L2 for me crashes too sometimes, but it's usually because i'm entering wrong password. Maybe the reason is the same for you.
