Bounty Hunter Crystalize Lvl 2

Hi, just a simple question, wich lvl can I learn Crystalization Lvl 2 (C- Grade) with my BH. I'm lvl 41 and it doesn't show it on the "Skills to be learned".

It should be 40 with 2nd class transfer completed. Same as warsmith.

Bh doesn't get any more crystallize skills in classic. That wasn't changed until later chronicles and now it's back to ws only for c and above.
