Login down? Can't log in....

I keep trying to log in and I'm getting this message:

 

"There is a system error. Please try logging in again later."

 

What's the deal?

if u type ur password or login wrong 3 times or more, the server prevents u from login for 10 min to protect the account from someone trying to steal it.
