Red Sunset Staff (Novice) or Staff of Sentinel (Novice)

hello everyone. I'm trying to find out how you get the Red Sunset Staff (Novice) or the Staff of Sentinel (Novice). I am new in the game but i am pretty sure is through a quest i just don't know to which npc i have to talk to

Both of them are lvl 10 or 11 quests, one for elves, the other for dark elves, can be taken in dark elf village and elf village. I do not remember exact NPC, but if you got to that village at apropriate level (and race!) you will see quest scrolls on minimap, you will have to check them until you find the correct one.

But those are actually obsolete, sine you get top NG mage staff for first character for 7 days

U can take top NG staff from nostalgia npc if u create new acc
