bot or easy way to be the top

Hi im new on this server and come here only 1 weak ago.Before i playing on euro off classic.On the official server most of the people scary using softwere.Maybe because its harder exping new char on x1 server after ban or they didnt want to pay again 10 euro for new account.But on this server botters is so honored.They even dont try to hide in not popular location.They just comming on good popular spots and start farming event items.So easy to win this game.... just use bot at night when noone will check who is botting or not and all this reports isnt working and after night just selling all this items/mats and send adena to main and even if your bot window will be banned just create a new one and do it again

p/s  So maybe good idea to punish the main char and not only the window

Hello. 
1) We are checking and banning people for using bots but we can't be in each location all day, so it's better to report in report section with nicks.

2) If someone using illegal software massivly or after few bans just creating new accounts - they getting banned on all account including main char.

1) I report him and he still botting all day and all night after that i make ticket whith video proof but he still botting so even if he will be banned i think he send all event items on his main and if you dont withdraw all botting adena and items from main all this reports are useless

2) yes i understand it but if they use proxy for changing their IP they can easy avoid bans on their main char because you will think that this bots from different players.Am i wrong?

Hello. There are only 4 options to report:
1) via ticket to get reward
2) Via admins/supports skypes
3) Via forum
4) Via discord

Even if you change your IP we can track where you send all items.
