disabling the controller

hey, i am new to the server and i have a problem with my mouse coursor, everytime i push right mouse button to turn wiev it dissapears and do not return, i have found similar post in which ppl suggested to disable gamepad in options, but i cant, i can moderate everything else in options except for the gamepad, any suggestions?

Option>>Configure/Audio>>Disable right click on mouse

disabled, aplied, and restarted game, problem still remained, mouse coursor still disapears
