I have a question with titan dyes , wich are better to do everything on the server and a little more focused on the pvp.

why is better - con + str than -dex +str ?

because you will loose needed attack speed. the faster you hit for 4-5k the better, isn't it?

even so you can try -con x2 and - dex x1 dye, it might be still efficient
