Why some one loose 4% from non register and no war tag inside siege area. And no register not loose any xp in siege.

If all loose 1% and flags give 50% back like CH i believe be better for all. And those who need back any%xp they go to town or w8 for brez nothing change for them.

This topic miss 1 more option: (3) All loose 1% in siege areas and the flag give 50% xp back.
