Trial of the Guildsman

Hi, im making transfer quest Trial of the Guildsman. After talk with Pinter's at Gludio i go hunt ants, and ant captains in the Ant Nest to get Amber Bead (70 pcs) but they are not drop. 

Please help me!!!
