Hello. Each time after supports asnwered in your ticket and waiting for your answer - they are switching to another ticket. When you answer in ticket - your ticket will be transferred in the end of queue. That's why each new message from you - will transfer you to end of queue. 
This is example how it looks:

So after each your reply starts this timer. Higher time on this timer - higher your ticket priority.
