Client Crash

I have a problem trying to log in the game, the client just close, and then the message that say "l2.exe stop working" shows up. I download the client in the official web site, i dont have problem with my antivirus and i also format my entire pc. Thank you so much!

Hello.

1) Try to login with same info on web.

2) You can't login in game using e-mail.
