Cant receive clan rewards

Hello, we started a clan with couple friends, and yesterday we got to 20online nad lv4 hunting status and today we cant receive it.

same happend yesterday i collected till mid box and still nothing , though maybe couse its new clan so we had to wait a day or so, clan was created like 4 days ago

do we do something wrong?

when server restarts you lose this daily rewards

Problem is its already 3rd day we cant receive the reward

from 22 to today same thing, we cant receive the reward. after creating a clan we never received it its been 4days already and we alwats had some hunting status done

now last 3 days we have same stuff it dont reroll stays as it was previous day , with full lv 4 hunting status and online status just goes ups if we got someone logging in but thats it it doesnt gives us reward
