D Grade Weapon Ticket

So, i returned a day ago to the server and made a new master account. As i wanted to start from scratch.

I am playing and currently i am at lvl 23 and already made my first class change, but i dont have the ticket that i remember i should have at this point to exchange for a 7 day or something d grade weapon.

Its something wrong or i remember incorrectly and i need to do something else? Or this ticket thing was never a thing?

im a bit confused, as you can see.

7 day D grade weapon ticket is obtained from moon knight quest at level 25.
