HELP! "You cannot login more than 1 game account" error

Hi guys.

It's my first day on the server. Tried to login now and after PIN i get this "You cannot login more than 1 account" error. I only have 1 account, haha, not trying double box. 

I have other client installed on PC, in other folder, that I used to play on other server, if it matters.

Brazil proxy
Tried other proxies too

Can anyone help?

Hi, Koll.

I tried everything yesterday and couldn't login. Turned pc on/off, re-installed the game etc. 
Then i went to sleep and today it works just fine.

I'm back...

The problem's still happening. I have not noticed anything I could do to solve it. I just wait hours and hours so I can login again. I'll call you on skype tomorrow okay?
