What OS do you use? What file system?Also you torrent communication might just be blocked.

You may try to download the client using this updater.,

When finished, just delete start.exe and folders "system" "russian" and "international" or you may end up connecting elsewhere.

After that just follow KSE's guide starting from step 5.

The client if offline, before that ppl were using l2.exe from system folder
