Linking the forum account doesn't work either. And no, the email does not land in my spam folders. exampleI had same problem, it took about an hour to get the code. Do this:1. Let it send email again and dont refresh the page leave it open so that Code field is enabled2. Wait 5 minutes to 1-2 hours, if you get email with code enter it and you are done, if not refresh the page and go back to step 1It worked for me after 2 tries. On second try it went to spam FYI.
