Greater WIT Dye +4 WIT decrease casting speed

calculation is broken.

1 and 2 pictures show: 5 wit  with/without magic haste pot. MHP adds cast speed

3 and 4 pictures: 1 wit no difference between with MHP and without MHP. And take a look, cast speed with 1 wit is same like with 5 wit

Nvm my statement, I kinda screwed up at observation.  I had 30% Casting spd. buff in 1st screenshot.

I hope at least I've raised some awareness and players will find something strange.
