Multiple window leveling

Hello guys! 

 

I have a questions about  multiple window leveling :

1) Is it forbidden on the server? Not like i ignored rules or smth but you know,im just a human i could forget or mistake etc

2) just technically i had  an attempt just to  test  possibility to open game in 2 windows (just 4 curiosity dont bun me  pretty plz)  but second window no matter what was not responding   - any other servers has worked well with 2-3 windows (thought it was interlude HF clients) is it purposely to prevent from multi window lvling or my PC is just a trash can  ?
