he's was Russian clan. But some people are Russian/UA+ other country. Mb some change. But Clan leader part and some party is Russian/UA.

You know DarkSky was Russina/UA clan but, they play with EU side + euro prime.
 IF some party leaders cant find same people with the same languages, they take people from Europa.
