Best buffer for HE?

I am wondering which buffer will fit HE best..?

Is it pp, or wc?

 

My friend is going to support me so consider this character as a someone's main.

Ofc. PP is best for HE
But. Duo PP is best for archers only.
WC or SE is better, couse have Vamp or/and Emp.

I think PP. PP has everything WC has also, apart from VR. And VR does not need the HE.

PP has also yet Bless the Soul, Bless the Body, Haste.
And in an emergency, the PP is the better Healer

Prophet Nr 1 for HE. 1. Wind walk (wc does not have on v1. 2. Berserker Spirit. 3. Bless body/mind... . Resists 4. holy weapon.

While WC is good for amateur archer party or for whole pvp one when needs to cast buffs in short time ;P
