question about the internet connection

i am the player from Taiwan.

in these 2 months, each server encounter severe disconnection problems, sometimes can be 20+ times a day.

we try to make the company notice this, but the issue remains.

so i came here to check out  if the severs in US has the same problem? or it just happened to Taiwan.

i am wondering if this due to the program itself? or other reasons.....

Hello Lee u, 

I never had a disconnect in my 6 weeks here. And we are here with over 10 peeps now... not 1 of those people is complaining about it. So it must be your pc or internet connection...

Maybe by accident have a friend that plays L2? Test with his PC at your place?

Im from Brazil and use "bridge service", where the connection route is as shortened as possible. Only my connection is terrible, but, there are other Brazilians who have no need to use

it doesn't only happened to me, but almost every player  in Taiwan.

because they never fix it in these 2 months, so i have the sudden idea that maybe, it's not the Agent's problem, but the problem of L2 itsself. (also because they  post announcement about they will need to check with the original company in Korea.)
