Question about Crit chance of P.Skills

-I want to know if crit chance of damage phisical skills has a hidden stat or something else, or if it has a base chance and you cant change It with example, dyes.

-Fishing scrolls has te same crit chance, cant modify it??

In other chronicles It comes with str or dex, whatsup here?

- hidden stat, can be increased by increasing str stat
- every skil has its own crit chance, dont know if str affect fish scrol crit, probably yes
- In every chronicle it comes with str, here also, only dagger skills crit chance is affected by STR and Dex
